Surrounding Community

Sun 'n Lake Elementary is a neighborhood school located just to the north of Sebring situated in the beautiful country club community of Sun 'n Lake. Open since 1986, the campus just celebrated its 25th anniversary. The campus of approximately 650 children enjoy the many murals painted by John Ritter. Make sure you visit our virtual campus tour to see more!

Just outside our doors is the largest medical campus in the county, Florida Hospital Heartland. Additionally, there are many medical-related businesses closeby. The staff and adminstration there support advanced academics in Highlands County, including the Sebring Highschool IB programme.

The community of which we are proud to be part of, Sun 'n Lake of Sebring Improvement District is a self-governing community providing protection, governmental services and recreational facilities for its residents.

The golf community is a refreshingly inclusive community where active retirees and young families enrich each other’s lives. Many students even ride their bikes or walk to school!

Hardly a stroke away is Sun 'n Lake Golf & Country Club, home to two championship golf courses: Deer Run Golf Course and Turtle Run Golf Course.
