Habit 2: Be Begin With The End in Mind~ Have a Plan! Covey calls this the habit of personal leadership - leading yourself that is, towards what you consider your personal goals. By developing the habit of concentrating on important activities you are building a plan to avoid distractions and will become more productive and successful. |
