Welcome to Cracker Trail Elementary
We Collect

There are many ways you can help CTE, and the community without spending additional money. Here are some projects that we take part in:

Aluminum Can Pop-Tabs
The students collect Pop-Tabs from aluminum cans for the Ronald McDonald House of Central Florida.

Box Tops for Education
Look for Box Tops throughout your grocery store on hundreds of participating products. This is a PTO project, and the front office staff helps collect these for them. During the 10-11 school year, we collected over $10,000.

Labels for Education (formerly known as Campbell Soup Labels)
For more than 37 years, Labels for Education has been awarding free educational equipment to schools in exchange for proofs of purchase from the Campbell family of brands. This project is benefits the MI lab program.

MyCoke Rewards
Here you can donate points, see our school's total points, view the wish list, and search for fun ways to get involved. Get more My Coke Rewards points by drinking your favorite Coca-Cola beverages - and come back here to donate points. The more points you donate, the more you help every student learn and grow stronger in all aspects of life.

Old Phone Books Recycling Contest
The Student Council is collecting old phone books for recycling during the fall . The contest ends in December, but we will continue to collect for recycling. More information on recycling in Highlands County.

Printer Cartridges and Cell phones
Please send ink and toner cartridges and old cell phones in for recycling. CTE earns money for these items.

Sweetbay Supports Local Schools
From September 7- December 6, Sweetbay will issue “school dollar” coupons at the register when you buy selected products marked with this blue tag. Drop off your “school dollars” at the collection box in the designated school slot at the front of your Sweetbay store OR bring them to the school and drop them off in the school box located at the Cafeteria. Remember… each coupon NOT submitted equals dollars lost for our school.

Tyson Project A+
Clip and save Tyson Project A+™ labels from participating Tyson products, turn in the labels at the front desk and we can redeem them for cash. Each label is worth 24¢.
